Description

Start work on the construction of this door tomorrow. It is 66"w 86"t. Engineered core with 1/4" knotty alder veneer to help with warping. The v-grove panels will be solid 4/4 knotty alder. The door will be constructed using mortise and tenon joints with draw bore pegs to reenforce the joint. The light will have 3/8" tempered glass.

Okay, I misunderstood something: The engineered core is for the rails and stiles? Or? You say the inside panel is solid alder V-groove, so there's no core there?
